Job Summary:

We are seeking a male Store Assistant to join our team at Konark Global  in Nashik, Satpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing stock, and arranging transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Record Keeping
    - Maintain Register - Inward & Outward
    - Maintain Records of Daily Consumption
2. Inventory Management
    - Maintain FIFO & LIFO Method
    - Maintain Stock Count
3. Logistics
    - Arrange transportation for material dispatch

Required Skills:

1. Technical Skills
    - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    - Knowledge of Tally Prime
2. Soft Skills
    - Good communication skills
    - Ability to multitask and work hard

Job Description:

• Manage office supplies, including procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain and organize accurate records, documents, and administrative databases.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, preparing agendas and keeping minutes.
• Oversee facility management, including maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
• Serve as the point of contact between departments, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
• Handle external correspondence, such as emails, calls, and official letters.
• Assist HR with training coordination, and administrative support.
• Monitor budgets related to administrative tasks and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Record keeping of stationary and providing the same.

Qualification: Graduate( B.A. / B.Com/ BSC)

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools

Job Description:

1. Enquiry generation by visits to customers, consultants in and around Pune - Mumbai ( Roha, Taloja, Rasayani etc. ) & Gujarat region.

2. Daily activity Reporting, EMS updating, Offer making and order Closure.

3. Visiting fixed clients in every week/month – Customer Relationship management.

4. Use of sales tools by identifying potential clients and negotiations.

5. Enquiry follow-up for order closure and post order execution. (OEM customer type).

Other Required Competencies: -

1.       Good in Excel and PowerPoint, hardworking, disciplined, sincerity.

2.       Go getter attitude, willing to travel at short notice.

3.       Honesty, Basic technical skills.

4.       Attitude of fast selling and stringent followup

Other Requirements: -

1. Own Laptop

• Lead generation through direct mailing, emails, and cold calling.
• Visit existing customers to secure repeat orders.
•  Visit new customers to present products for their applications.
•  Identify new applications in processes and position suitable products.
•  Develop and build case studies for finalization.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers tailored to customer needs and company interests.
• Participate in technical and commercial discussions.
• Ensure sale closure, invoicing, and payment receipts.
• Provide sales forecasts and regular progress reports.
• Contribute to sales review sessions with senior management.
•  Generate reference letters and testimonials from customers.
• Continuously upgrade technical and commercial skills.
