  • Constructed using MS Class C (NIBR) pipes, designed to handle temperatures up to 300°C
  • Covers complete routing from Thermic Fluid Heater to process equipment and return via a Drain/Expansion (D/E) tank
  • Includes all essential valves: gate valve, globe valve, non-return valve (NRV), control valve

Cooling Water, Chiller Water & Boiler Feed Water Piping

Built using MS Class C (NIBR) piping. Applications include:

  • Feed water line from tank to boiler via Softener/RO/DM
  • Cooling tower piping – source to tower, tower to utility, and return loop
  • Includes valves like gate, globe, NRV, and strainers

Compressed Air Piping (GI/Aluminium Air Net Systems)

Available in GI Class C pipes or Aluminium Air Net piping (by Atlas Copco):

  • GI piping includes hot-dip galvanized connectors, bends, and flanges
  • Aluminium Air Net piping is weld-free, push-fit, and modular
  • Aluminium Air Net designed to reduce pressure loss by up to 7%

Thermal Insulation Services

  • Applied to steam lines, thermic fluid lines, utilities, boilers, heaters, and hot water systems
  • Insulation material: Rockwool, enclosed with aluminium cladding for durability and efficiency
  • Helps in significant heat loss reduction and energy savings

Air & Flue Gas Ducting

  • Ducting from boiler to chimney, often via Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) units
  • Fabricated using MS sheets, covered with aluminium cladding for thermal efficiency and corrosion resistance
